has 25 years of software development experience. Among them 20 years of team-leader and project management experience. Prior to establish Gransoft company mr. Kogan performed as freelancer team leader and project manager for 15 years for various clients, where he formed and lead teams of software developers in former USSR field.

Prior to be freelancer he has worked as software developer for IBM, bank Benleumi and as team leader for Samsung Telecom and Harel Group. He has solid experience in recruiting and managing software developers and working in startup
