Has over 25 years of experience in software development, including more than 10 years in product and project management of complex, multi-country software initiatives. Prior to joining Gransoft, held senior engineering and management roles at Intel, Orange UK, Comverse, NOVA, Matrix, Control & Robotics Solutions, Melesta Games, and Arkadium Games.
Alexey has vast experience in managing backend and frontend development, large-scale web systems, cross-platform mobile applications, Windows and Linux-based software, as well as surveillance, image recognition, banking, and medical systems.
Provides senior project management and PMO leadership across the full software development lifecycle. Actively supports delivery teams through hands-on guidance in product ideation, requirements analysis, planning, scheduling, communication, risk and issue resolution, cost tracking, and change management to ensure timely achievement of project and program milestones.
